Shipping policy


  • Orders are typically processed within business days,  1–3 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays, unless otherwise stated.
  • During sales, promotions, or high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.                                                               You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another when it has shipped.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the order

 


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

 

Once your order is handed to the carrier:


  • We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed in transit.
  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package:
    • Check with neighbors, leasing office, or household members.
    • Contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim.

  • We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for issues caused by the carrier.
